Who can post

• Owners only. The name on the listing must match the owner on the county tax records (Tarrant Appraisal District).
• Family or descendants of the owner may post if the listing says so and says how they are related.
• No real estate agents or brokers. This board is for owners and their families.
• Every listing is reviewed by the site owner before it goes live.

Posting rules

• Only post property you own or are authorized to sell as the owner’s family member or descendant (and say so).
• Use your own photos. No children’s photos or other people’s personal information.
• Tell the truth about the property, the price and any known problems.
• No discriminatory wording of any kind (fair housing applies to everyone).
• No wire instructions, payment requests or links to other sites in a post.
• Do not copy MLS or other websites’ listing text or photos.
• The fee is $25 one-time to post a listing. Fee terms and refunds will be posted here before payments open.
• We may remove any post that breaks these rules. Anyone can report a listing.

What this site is not

Not the MLS. Not a brokerage service. Listings are not verified. We do not represent buyers or sellers, set prices, hold money or handle contracts. Talk to a licensed professional (broker, attorney, title company) before you buy or sell.

Who runs it

Operated by David Pannell, Cities Real Estate, a licensed broker who does not represent anyone on this board. The Uptown Fort Worth Neighborhood Association and Panther Island Update are separate and do not endorse any listing.
