Fill out the form

Contact info, property type (house, land, commercial or development), size, price or “make an offer,” description, and your own photos.

Confirm you are the owner

Your name must match the county tax records, or tell us how you are related to the owner.

We review it

The site owner checks each post. Posts that follow the rules go live.

Buyers contact you

Through a form on the site. You decide whom to talk to.

Owner and buyer deal directly. This site does not represent buyers or sellers.
